Readiness record
A written preflight covers the build, listing assets, account state, declarations, testing, and known blockers.
Why it matters: You can see what was checked before the release enters review.
Play Store Solutions prepares and submits your finished Android app through your own Play Console account. Publishing starts at $79 for listing setup, declarations, submission preparation, and review status tracking. Pro adds review-response support. Closed testing and code fixes are scoped separately.
Engagement guardrails
The project brief keeps ownership, scope, handover, and timing explicit before work begins.

This service is designed for
The selected tier and written proposal determine which deliverables are included
We prepare the title, short and full descriptions, category, and supplied listing assets. Pro adds keyword research and ASO-informed title and description work.
Accurate Data Safety Form configuration based on your app's actual data collection, required by Google since 2022.
Proper IARC content rating questionnaire completion so your app gets the correct age classification worldwide.
If your account requires a closed test, we first confirm the tester recruitment, participation window, and evidence work in a separate testing scope. The listed publishing packages do not automatically include a tester cohort.
We prepare regional targeting, rollout controls, reviewer notes, and the production submission while keeping Google’s decision explicit.
Basic includes review status tracking. Pro adds review-response support; Enterprise includes 30-day post-launch support. Code fixes and work outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.
Written deliverables, third-party costs, exclusions, and remedies before payment
These are service fees for standard, low-risk apps. Google account and transaction fees are separate. Tester recruitment, code fixes, signing problems, regulated features, or active enforcement require assessment and a written quote. We deliver the agreed submission work and review follow-up; a live listing depends on Google's approval.
Starting scope for one standard, low-risk app
Starting scope for one low-risk app with ASO-informed listing
Starting scope for up to 3 standard, low-risk apps
From scoped intake to delivery
Send us your APK/AAB file, app details, screenshots, and any specific requirements for the listing.
We check the app and supplied SDK information against the declarations, prepare the listing, and complete Data Safety and IARC inputs for your confirmation.
We check the testing requirement shown in your account. If a closed test is needed, its scope and completion are confirmed before production submission; otherwise we complete the release preflight.
We submit the prepared release, track Google’s response, own the agreed correction loop, and begin post-launch checks only after approval.
August 2026 · Android home-workout and timer app · US / English · Pro publishing scope
The client had a finished build and an existing developer account, but the listing and declarations were not ready. Play Store Solutions handled submission preparation; the client retained the account and made the rollout decision.
Our records mark the inputs ready on August 10 and the release submitted on August 11. We handed over the readiness checklist, responsibility log and submission record.
The client reported publication on August 15. Our August 16 follow-up record notes that the public listing was accessible; it does not independently confirm the client's reported approval date.
We did not change the app's code, run a closed test, handle an appeal or provide a full 30-day support period. Google controlled review and publication. This case documents preparation and follow-up, not an approval guarantee.
This client and app are separate from our other case studies and the closed-testing testimonial. Records are anonymized; client statements are explicitly attributed, not independently authenticated platform records.
The right route depends on whether the build, declarations, and account are already ready for a normal release.
| Option | Best for | Ownership | Delivery | Trade-off |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| DIY in Play Console | A release-ready app and an experienced owner | Your team controls every Console action | Google documentation plus your internal checklist | Lowest service cost; your team owns omissions and rework |
| Managed publishing | A standard app needing organized submission | Your developer account and signing stay with you | Preflight, listing, declarations, submission record, follow-up | Requires complete inputs and a defined low-risk scope |
| Engineering or policy remediation | Broken builds, restricted features, or active enforcement | Separate technical or appeal workstream | Root-cause analysis and scoped corrective work | More discovery, time, and cost before submission |
We use project artifacts instead of vague claims about guaranteed approval.
A written preflight covers the build, listing assets, account state, declarations, testing, and known blockers.
Why it matters: You can see what was checked before the release enters review.
The handoff identifies the track, version, rollout choice, reviewer notes, and submission state.
Why it matters: The completed work is traceable even when Google controls the waiting time.
Excluded code, policy, signing, or account work is named before payment and escalated separately.
Why it matters: A low starting price does not silently become an undefined engagement.
A submission can be ready while a dependency is still unresolved. The checklist identifies who must clear each blocker before the release goes to Google.
Provide the release-ready AAB, version details, signing status, target countries, and working reviewer instructions. We check the submission inputs; your developers resolve crashes, broken login, and build or signing defects under a separate scope.
Provide screenshots, app icon, privacy-policy URL, support contact, and app and SDK data-handling details. We prepare the listing, Data Safety, and content-rating inputs from those facts; you confirm that they match the app.
Confirm account verification and any required closed-test completion. The submission record identifies the track, version, rollout choice, review state, and next action. Preparation time is separate from Google review time.
