Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Salimah Solutions Ltd (Company No. 17145733), trading as Play Store Solutions, regarding your use of our website at playstore.solutions and our services.
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services
Play Store Solutions provides the following services ("Services"):
- Google Play app publishing from verified developer accounts
- Google Play Developer Account registration and setup
- Custom Android app development
- App Store Optimization (ASO)
- 12-tester closed testing service
- Alternative store publishing (Samsung, Huawei, Amazon)
- App localization and translation
- App migration between developer accounts
- Google Play billing and monetization setup
- Developer account maintenance and monitoring
- Google Play consulting and moderation/appeal help
Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) on our Services page. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
Payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
Google's $25 one-time developer registration fee is included in all Account Registration packages. Other fees charged by Google or third parties are the client's responsibility unless explicitly stated.
Service Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided on a best-efforts basis. Actual timelines may vary depending on Google's review processes, third-party verification (e.g., D-U-N-S), and client responsiveness in providing required materials.
We will keep you informed of progress and any delays. If a deadline is critical, please discuss it before placing your order.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information and materials required for service delivery
- Ensure that any app content you provide does not violate Google Play policies, intellectual property rights, or applicable laws
- Respond to our communications in a timely manner
- Not use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or policy-violating purposes
Refund Policy
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of payment. Contact support@playstore.solutions.
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Full refund: If we are unable to deliver the promised service (e.g., Google rejects registration, app cannot be published for reasons within our control)
- Partial refund: If only part of the service was delivered before cancellation by mutual agreement
- No refund: If the service was fully delivered, or if failure is due to client-provided content violating Google policies or incorrect information
Intellectual Property
You retain all ownership of your app, content, and materials. For apps developed by us, ownership transfers to you upon full payment. We may retain the right to reference the project in our portfolio unless you object in writing.
The Play Store Solutions name, logo, and website content are the property of Salimah Solutions Ltd and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salimah Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
- Actions taken by Google (account suspensions, policy changes, review delays) that are outside our control
- Loss of revenue or profits related to app publication delays or rejections by Google
Confidentiality
We treat all client information, app data, and business details as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as necessary to deliver the services or as required by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice. Upon termination, payment obligations for services already rendered remain in effect. Any ongoing subscriptions (e.g., Account Maintenance) can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
